Chamomile is cherished for promoting relaxation and restful sleep, while saffron has been shown to ease anxiety and support emotional wellbeing. Together they create a soothing cup that helps quiet the body and lift the mood at the same time.
 
100% natural, 100% blended and packed by hand, partially grown and dried on our smallholding in the Cambrian hills, with no chemicals or additives. Whole flowers preserved wherever possible for maximum flavour and quality.
 
Each tin typically yields around 30-40 cups, depending on brewing preference.
