Our Refresh Blend is crafted from three vibrant varieties of mint, balanced with hand-harvested wild nettle. Mint has been celebrated for centuries as a natural digestive aid, easing bloating and soothing the stomach while lifting the senses with its cooling aroma. Nettle, rich in iron, vitamins, and minerals, is renowned for its cleansing and anti-inflammatory properties. Together, they create a crisp, revitalising infusion — bright, cooling, and naturally invigorating.

100% natural, 100% blended and packed by hand, partially grown and dried on our smallholding in the Cambrian hills, with no chemicals or additives. Leaves harvested and dried at their peak for maximum flavour and quality.
 
Each tin typically yields around 30-40 cups, depending on brewing preference.
