For people who expect more
from a cup of tea.

Brew the Hills

A closer look at the leaf.

We grow a small part of the herbs used in our blends here in the Cambrian hills, complemented by carefully selected partner harvests. From aroma to finish, every ingredient is chosen with the same attention.

Tea has a season.

Sun, rain, flowering, and harvest timing all leave their mark on the leaf. Growing some ourselves lets us follow those differences from hillside to cup.

When the day becomes overwhelming, you deserve a quiet moment
to steady yourself.

What defines Cambrian Tea

Tended on a Cambrian hillside — mint, chamomile, lemon verbena, wild nettle, and saffron raised in clean mountain air and worked by hand.

Crafted at the source — what we grow, we harvest, dry, and blend ourselves, allowing each blend to reflect the land it comes from.

Whole ingredients, gently handled — we favour whole leaves, flowers, and saffron threads, blending in small batches with flavour and aroma at the centre.

Seasonal by nature — each tin blends herbs grown on our hillside with select partner harvests. Because we work with the seasons, our stock is naturally limited — once a year's supply is gone, it returns only with the next harvest.

Find the flavour and character that appeal to you.

Or find in a nearby stockist.

Brew simply

Scoop, steep, and slow down.

Every Happy tin includes a separate envelope of saffron threads to add as you brew.

Let the ritual unfold.

Partially grown and fully blended in the Cambrian hills for a cup that tastes close to the land.

Refresh blend
(Mint & Nettle)

Three mints bring different expressions of coolness and sweetness, from brisk peppermint to softer spearmint and apple mint. Nettle adds a greener, more mineral character beneath them, giving the infusion greater depth and a clean, fresh finish rather than simple mint sweetness.

Calm.PNG

Calm blend
(Chamomile & Nettle)

Chamomile leads with a soft floral aroma, gentle honeyed sweetness and delicate apple-like notes. Nettle brings a greener, slightly mineral undertone that gives the infusion more structure, balancing chamomile’s softness and leaving a clean, rounded finish.

Balance blend
(Lemon Verbena & Nettle)

Lemon verbena opens with a bright, clean citrus aroma and a light, lively character on the palate. Nettle brings a deeper green and subtly mineral note underneath, tempering the lemon freshness and giving the infusion a longer, more balanced finish.

Our Happy Range
(Saffron)

Every blend in our Saffron Range carries a touch of saffron — some grown by us on our smallholding, carefully complemented with trusted partners' harvests. Treasured for centuries as both a precious spice and a natural source of wellbeing, saffron adds a gentle golden note and a quiet sense of warmth and uplift to every cup.

Happy Refresh
(Mint & Saffron)

Three mints open the cup with layers of coolness: bright peppermint, sweeter spearmint, and the softer, rounder character of apple mint. Whole saffron threads bring a warm aromatic counterpoint, adding gentle depth beneath the freshness and a subtly spiced, lingering finish.

(Chamomile & Saffron)

Whole chamomile flowers give a soft, honeyed aroma and rounded floral character, with delicate apple-like notes through the cup. Whole saffron threads add warmth and a faintly spiced depth, extending the finish without overwhelming chamomile’s gentle character.

Bergamot opens brightly over black tea, followed by saffron's warm, aromatic character. Familiar at first, then deeper and more lingering through the finish.
